Proficient in quality management together with preparation and implementation of quality management systems, development of information architecture and overall management using BIM 360. Developed BIM 360 asset management systems. Experienced in preparation of high quality contract documentation including drawings, specifications, conditions of contract, operation and maintenance manuals, site supervision management manuals, technical reports, quality manuals and designers risk assessments. Extensive experience in publishing technical papers for international journals.

Experienced in promoting best practice in health, safety, environment and sustainable development. 

 

Responsible for commercial contract administration using both NEC and FIDIC Forms of Contract and on International Donor Funded Assignments. Extensive construction dispute experience. 

 

Proficient in application and use of many forms of design software including linear elastic and finite element analysis together with ACAD and 3D rendering and animation. Experienced in using international regulations and standards (i.e AASTHO, Eurocodes, Australian Codes; British Standards).

Developed structural health monitoring systems and initiatives for large span bridge crossings.

Trained QA Auditor and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Trained Welder. CITB SMSTS, PTS and CSCS qualified.
